Become a Staff MemberCamp Wegesegum isn’t just a place for campers—it’s a place for growth, too. Becoming a staff member means joining a team dedicated to creating safe, fun, and meaningful experiences for campers, while also building your own skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
We welcome applicants ages 15 and up who are ready to take on responsibilities in a variety of roles—from program leaders and counselors to support positions. Staff positions are limited and require an early spring application, so we can ensure the right preparation and placement.
Our staff and volunteers receive extensive training, learning everything from camper care and safety to leadership and communication strategies. With guidance from our experienced board and leadership team, staff members gain confidence, develop professional skills, and make a real impact in the lives of campers.
