                      The Camp

                      ARRIVAL - Registration will not begin until 3:00 p.m. on the opening day and ends at 5:00 p.m.

                      DEPARTURE - Campers are to be picked up before 11:00 a.m. the last day of camp.

                      NO STAYOVERS - Camp policy states that each camper must leave at the close of each camp.

                      STAFF - The ratio of staff to campers is approximately 1 to 5. In addition, Camp Wegesegum operates a "Counselor in Training" program.

                      ACCOMMODATION - Cabins house the campers and a counselor. Each cabin comes complete with memories and a comfortable bed for each camper.

                      CANOE - Water safety and basic canoe skills are offered.

                      CRAFTS - Remarkable works of art are produced as a result of the craft program.

                      FOOD - The menu at Wegesegum provides well balanced, nutritious meals.

                      SWIMMING - Fully qualified leaders will supervise an accredited swimming program offered at the camp pool.

                      NO SMOKING AT THE CAMP. WEGESEGUM IS A DRUG, ALCOHOL, SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT

                      Please register two weeks before the commencement of your camp to avoid an additional late registration fee of $20.

                      Teen/Leadership Camp (Ages 14-17)
                      June 10-12 ($65)

                      Alumni Day
                      June 18 with the Annual meeting at 2:00 p.m.

                      Junior Co-ed: (Ages 8 to 13)
                      July 3-9 ($200)

                      Adult Camp: (Ages 50 and up)
                      August 26-29 ($110)

                      Day Camp: (Ages 6 to 12)
                      August 22-26 ($75)

                      Alumni Day:  June 18thth with the Annual meeting at 2:00 p.m. Please e–mail Judith MacManus at: eacmajuh@xplornet.com  if you will be present for lunch.

                      Teen Leadership Weekend: Enjoy the camp activities that you love, such as crafts, games, canoeing, campfire ,and vespers, while learning how to be a counselor.  Leadership sessions, led by teachers and other professionals, include camp counseling training as well as general topics such as interpersonal skills that will help you in the work world. We recommend anyone interested in being a counselor or CIT at Wegie this summer to attend this weekend. 

                      Registration is from 6:30-8 pm on June 10h.  Campers are to be picked up by 1:30 pm on June 12h.

                      Junior Co-Ed: Directed by two certified teachers, this traditional summer camp will feature crafts, canoeing, games, nature, singing, swimming, campfire, vespers, Bible Study, and special activities and theme meals. Children of all denominations and faiths are welcome to celebrate childhood with us.

                      Registration is from 3 to 5 p.m. on July 3th. Campers are to be picked up by 11 a.m. on July 9h.
                       
                      Day Camp: Open to kids six and older. Day Camp is a great way to end the summer! The week will feature crafts, games, nature, singing, swimming, campfire, and vespers 

                      Registration is from 3-5 on Sunday, August 21.  Program runs from 9-4:30 Monday to  Wednesday, and then kids stay  overnight Thursday until Friday‘s BBQ and finale at 11:30-1pm

                      If you would like to help sponsor a child to go to camp for a week, please consider sending a small donation.  We issue receipts for charitable amounts above ten dollars.  Please indicate  camp sponsorship in the memo line.
