The camp manager's job is to assure the implementation and upholding
of the Mission Statement, Policies and Procedures and the summer
camp program.
The position of Camp Manager includes the overseeing of the daily
operations of the camp, making decisions necessary to the operation
of the camp, supervising staff as well as providing organization
and leadership. The camp manager is responsible to the Board of
Directors
Requirements:
- Experience in recreational camping
- Ability to run a camp
- Administrative skills
- Leadership skills and ability to direct
- Problem solving
- Must show initiative
